Bravo to you for being so brave as to put this out there. I too have battled with severe depression and anxiety and while I am much better than I was it is still something I deal with every day. I want to encourage you and let you know things will can get better. As you said it will take time, but the fact that you are talking about it here, now, leads me to believe things are already turning around for you. I know we don't know each other very well, but if ever you want to talk, sometimes talking to a stranger who has been a similar place to you can help.
