We are about half way in our Bloggest Loser challenge. Mr Jarod is doing very well for himself, putting us all to shame..Go Jarod! Tho I am sure his daily weighing in is confusing the calculations…yes, that must be it
Must admit, I am a little disappointed in how I have done so far. I think I haven lost about 3kg since we started nearly a month ago? 5.5kg all up since I started back at the gym 2mths ago. I was quite pissed off this week to be honest, pretty crappy results. I have be doing pretty good at the gym, always room for change in the diet (I’d rather be fat than give up the noms all together
) So I had hoped for a bit more.
And the news that they haved ditched on of my spin classes. Totes not happy about that, how can I survive on just 2?! (No Jarod, I cannot ride outside) Have booked my first personal training session this week to make up for it. Did extra weights this week to prepare, and OMG the DOMS were SO bad. This isn’t going to end well.
I did remember that I took some measurements 2mths ago, and on checking back it seems I have lost a total of 25cm all over. So that helps a little to restore my confidence. But I want to FINALLY crack that 80′s. Hopefully before the New Year.
I have lost this 6-7kg a few times before, and then lost heart that it didn’t happen fast enough and given up. Really determined not to let that happen again.
So come on girls, we can’t let a BOY beat us..now can we? Still have a few weeks to go, and I know they would have to be the worst weeks of the year..with Christmas parties and all the noms. But we can do it! And if all else fails, we’ll get Liz to spike his meals with extra fat!











I didn’t weigh this morning, but plan on weighing tomorrow. So far I think I’ve lost 5kg, but my percentage is out. I tried altering the weigh-in date but that didn’t help either. Oh well!

That is still good weight loss over a month, and overall. That is a dress size.
My biggest problem with the gym is that it puts pressure on my joints and they eventually rebel. I need to swim to keep the pressure off them… and last week I found a health club here with a gym AND a pool! May not do me much good in this challenge but I should be able to give you a run for your money next year!
